CONSTRUFORMA Lda. was formed in 1989 by Tim Moores and John Kerton both British Nationals living and working in southern Portugal.
Since formation, the company has built many properties primarily in the luxury golf resorts of Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo but also in inland areas around the villages of St. Barbara de Nexe and Bordeira where it is based.
Their reputation as quality builders has grown and CONSTRUFORMA have diversified further into developing their own properties.
As a result of this new venture the partners have created Property Plus to act as sales agents for their own building projects. The agency also deals in other land and property sales in the St. Barbara de Nexe and Bordeira areas.
